Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth workshop experience from booking to completion.
Bookings
All workshops must be paid in full to secure your slot.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and your session has been scheduled.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session begins.
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or forfeited, as sessions run on fixed timings.
Session Validity
All sessions must be attended within 60 days of booking.
Unused sessions beyond this period will be forfeited.
Refunds
All workshop bookings are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers.
Multi-Session Bookings
If you choose not to complete a multi-session workshop, remaining sessions will not be refunded or credited.
Instructors and Artists
Workshops are led by assigned instructors or artists.
If required, we may reassign instructors or artists or adjust schedules to ensure continuity.
Studio Etiquette
We maintain a focused and respectful studio environment.
Participants are expected to engage with care, attention, and respect towards instructors, artists and others.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue participation if this standard is not met.
Age Restrictions and Special Conditions
Each workshop has a minimum age requirement, which is clearly stated on the respective workshop page.
Participants who do not meet the age requirement will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
If a participant requires additional support, assistance, or has any special conditions, this must be communicated to us before booking.
While we will always try to accommodate where possible, please note that our instructors and artists are not trained to provide specialised care.
If we are unable to accommodate specific needs within our workshop setup, the booking may not be accepted.
