Orders are packed in sustainable, 100% recyclable and biodegradable courier bags.
Unusually large or heavy orders are packed in cartons.
All orders are shipped out from our fulfilment centre in Dubai.
Please provide an accurate shipping address, area name and a valid contact number to avoid delays.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (such as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unavailability, or incorrect contact details), we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.
The options and fees available during checkout may vary based on but are not limited to the time of year, your shipping address, the total weight of your order and weather conditions.

Immediate Order Issue Reporting

Any issues with your order must be reported immediately after purchase and before your order ships out.
This includes order errors, item selection, delivery option changes, or updating customer information such as address, email, or contact number.
Handmayk will not be held responsible for any errors, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Typically, orders are dispatched on the following business day.
Should your delivery address be categorised as a remote location, we will contact you to discuss any additional charges that may apply.
These charges must be settled before we proceed with shipping.
Depending on your country’s customs regulations, we may require additional information before shipping, such as identification numbers like a Passport, Tax ID, etc.
We will contact you to gather this information before shipping to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Although you can view our prices in different currencies, all online orders will be billed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
