Terms & Conditions
- We accept customisation orders of any quantity. Please note that pricing and production time will vary based on quantity, design complexity, and delivery deadlines. Higher quantities mean lower prices and lower quantities mean higher prices.
- We offer free digital designs for your approval. Depending on your requirements, we may provide a custom physical sample at a non-refundable fee.
- For the best print quality, we require proper file formats, such as Illustrator, PDF, or SVG. Production will commence only after the digital design is approved and full payment is completed.
- All custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping (UAE)
The shipping fee is free if your order totals AED 99 or more; otherwise, the shipping fee is just AED 9, and you will receive your order within 3 days.
Alternatively, you can opt for our 4-hour delivery service at AED 38 for those in Dubai (delivery is free for orders valued at AED 499 or more).
Shipping (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia)
The shipping fee is free (inclusive of Duties & Taxes) if your order totals AED 249 or more; otherwise, the shipping fee is just AED 98 (inclusive of Duties & Taxes), and you will receive your order within 2 to 4 days, subject to customs clearance.
