Handmayk does not provide an extended commercial warranty on machinery. However, we assist customers in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to the terms below.

Reporting Period
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for defect assessment.

Inspection Requirement
All defect claims are subject to technical inspection. No repair, replacement, or refund decision can be made without inspection.

Return Process
Items must be returned to our Outlet & Studio for assessment. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return delivery. Handmayk does not arrange collection or pickup services. Items must be securely packed. Any damage occurring during transit may affect the assessment outcome.

Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Handmayk may, at its discretion:
- Repair the item,
- Replace the item (subject to stock availability), or
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
If no manufacturing defect is found, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Third-party repairs or modifications
- Accidental damage
- Consumable components
